Getting Started

Ok, so you're excited about the possibilities of what you, your business or your church could potentially do with a custom version of this system, and now you need to understand how it would all come together.  Follow along below and you'll see exactly how easy it can be to get started with your own "privately branded" training system.

STEP 1: Select the System Package that meets your needs.

Please contact us to share your desired needs of the training system and we'll be happy to provide you with a customized proposal for your exact requirements.

Your Custom System Includes:

  • Secure hosting by Revelations Training
  • Complete set up of the custom training system
  • Private branding for your organization, with your logos
  • System training videos and documents
  • 2nd level support to ensure site performs to specifications
  • Assistance placing a sign up form and log-in form on your site.
  • Ability to add unlimited amount of training content
  • Password protected access to content/user management panel

STEP 2: Add Your Training Videos

When it comes to adding content to the system you have several choices:

1. Add your own "properly licensed" existing video material, as is. 

2. Have us "reproduce" it, with supplement and engaging visual aids.

3. Produce your own new content. 

4. Have us produce new training videos for you, from scratch.

STEP 3: Add Quizzes/Assessment Questions

With your new system, you'll be able to incorporate as many questions and answers you'd like for the user to assess their retention of the material.

STEP 4: Upload any Supplemental Media/Documents

Included with the system is basic Documents Library, which will give you the ability to upload any supplemental media, to go along with your training.

STEP 5: Add Users

We can help you set up a form on your current website that will allow users to sign them selves up or you can manually add users.

  • Create Groups or Teams
  • Control User Permissions/Access
  • Control Who Sees What Training

STEP 6: Run a Few Training Activity Reports

Accountability is the "KEY".  Imagine being able to designate mentors or leaders of your key training groups to run reports and review the training activity of those they are teaching and training.

  • Individual Reports for Viewing Personal Results
  • Run Reports by Group or Location
  • View, Date, Time, Course Progress, Scores, Answers, etc.
